Goodness, it has been quite some times since I have posted. Been having a full, but fantastic summer. Just returned from the annual S tampin' Up! convention held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Wow! Stampin' Up! blew me away again with the classes, kindness, generosity and surprises. I paid $250 for the convention, but came home with well over $250 in products and other goodies. Also, three girls from my team joined me for the 5 days and that just made it that much more enjoyable. Maybe you want to join us next year?
My class schedule has just been updated, so check it out and plan to join in when you can! Iwould love to share some creative ideas with you.

Another teenager in the house!
My sweet Naomi is now 13. She has been waiting for this day for about 3 years now~LOL She wanted me to bring a treat into school to share with the kids at her lunch table. I love that she wants me to do this; it makes my heart happy.
Here is what I came up with. I saw the idea on Splitcoaststampers.com These are CD covers filled with giant homemade chocolate chip cookies. Yum!

March Team Meeting!
The last Saturday of each month, the East Rock Girls team has a meeting. This is open to all team members and anyone else who would like to consider joining our team at some point. WFMZ-TV is very gracious in offering us their conference room for our use.
Below are pics of our 'show-n-tell' time and swaps made by various demonstrators.
This will be for my May Basic Card class. The card on the right was our make-n-take for today's meeting.
created by our newest team member, Catherine Fischer.

It's a beautiful Monday!
Saturday night's Stamp Camp at the Macungie Institute was a BLAST! If you were there, you will agree. If you weren't there, you definitely missed out. We hold an event like this twice a year, so perhaps you can jump in next time.
Everyone stamped 12 cards (4 designs) using ink, markers, stamps, dimensionals, the Big Shot, blender pens and much more. What a way to try lots of new products. The new seam binding ribbon is just beautiful.

Extra bounce in your step today?
Oh, ladies, the sun is shining bright and the temperature is bearable!! There is definitely extra bounce in my step today. How about you? Like many of you, winter is tough on me, but I try to get through it and even make the most of many days, but spring is coming and I am rejuvenated.
New classes have been planned and I can't wait to share them with you. We are all crazy busy, but you know what? We need a break from time to time. If you wait until there is extra time, your break will never happen!! Schedule a break today. If one of my classes could you give you the break you need, I would be honored to pamper you for a couple of hours :)
Some upcoming possible 'time outs' for you include:
Spring Stamp Camp, March 5th, from 7-10 pm, at the Macungie Institute (RSVP by this weekend)
Stamp-n-Dessert, March 9th, from 7-8:30, at Bob Evans on Lehigh St.
Chocolate Party~Hello!!! I said chocolate :), March 13th, from 2-3:30, my house
Plan your break today. And you know you have a friend who needs a break too, so invite her to join you.
Enjoy the sun today! It's gorgeous.
